The production team had decided to reveal the second season and they also officially announced that there will be a second season. Murphy and Co-creator Evan Romansky had taken a step to produce this series.

Ratched season 2 was officially confirmed and Netflix had taken to release this series. Paulson is one of the main characters in this series and she played her role as a nurse. In an interview, Paulson said that “we’re definitely doing a second season, but if we were to go on, the plan would be to do about four seasons”.

People are eagerly waiting for the new release date for this series. But there is no confirmed release date for the second season. We know the pandemic effect of COVID-19 had stopped the production works and so the producers scheduled to release the second season later.

However the production works had started, the filming was not finished. The entire work will be finished next year.
