Cells At Work Season 2 Updates: Cells At Work is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Akane Shimizu. The first season of the show that debut in 2018; was immensely praised by the audience.
Since then, the fans are asking for the release of the 2nd season of the show. The second season of the show got the green light from the show-makers in 2019, but no release date was announced.
The manga was launched in Kodansha’s shonen manga magazine on January 26, 2015. Later the manga got a nod from Kodansha USA and got into action on March 21, 2016.
The story follows the internal human body, where certain cells do their job to keep the body healthy. The focus of the story is on two types of cells, a rookie red blood cell known as AE3803 and a white blood cell known as U-1146. The red blood cells usually disappear from the body during deliveries, and the white blood cells help to fight any germs in the body. The series tells us about various other cells in our body too, but comically.
After the release of Cell at Work season 1, the fans anticipated the second season of the show. The wait of the fans is coming to an end as Cells at Work season 2 is ready to be premiered in January 2021.
The upcoming series is expected to take over from where it left in the first season. The director of the second season of the show will be Hirofumi Ogura instead of Kenichi Suzuki, as per the official website of anime.
Takahiro Sakura will voice Assistant T Cell. This is the cast of the manga, known to us till now. Any changes in the cast members will be informed prior to the release.
