Resident Evil 3 Remake Version: 2 things which shouldn’t have been deleted

Resident Evil 3 Remake Updates: The classic Resident Evil games, Resident Evil 3 is the ensemble of most of the leftover assets and converting them into a roller coaster ride. This game makes the first part’s heroine Jill Valentine, as one of the main characters and also creates the most iconic villain of all time, the Nemesis.

But, sadly, even though the Resident Evil 3 Remake is somewhat okay, but it has failed most of the fans’ expectations. In comparison to the most popular remake of Resident Evil 2, which was released last year, this game appears to be half baked.

While some of the most important features didn’t actually reach the audience and resulted in a disastrous game. Continue reading to know them.

1. Mercenaries Mode

The mercenary mode is the most popular and the best mini-game of the series. It has been a permanent part of the game as the third game is the unlockable Mercenaries mode. Here the players have an option to choose from a wide variety of Resident Evil characters possessing their unique weapons and attributes. They navigate through the map under a particular time limit and assassinate the enemy thereby earning brownie points. This particular model became way too popular but was replaced in the remake version of Resident Evil, 3.

Resistance is a multiplayer mode, where the players can choose a random team from Racoon city to survive against the T-virus zombies. However, this mode had several matchmaking issues and the game was biased towards the MAster minds, thereby earning critical remarks from the audience.

2. Epilogues

The original version of Resident Evil3: Nemesis offered a reward for the players, which was the assemble of epilogues. This provided details on what actually happened to the survivors of the destructed Racoon city. It foreshadows the events of Resident Evil: Code Veronica and Resident Evil, 4 with Claire, Chris, and Leon’s version of epilogue. But, the main problem behind this reward was that the players need to replay this game at least 8 times to receive the entire reward.

But this process made the game more cumbersome. And unfortunately, like the most other aspects, this rewarding feature was also shortened to reduce the time, but it failed miserably.
