The first and second seasons of the series focus on a drug kingpin, Pablo Escobar, who became a billionaire through the production and distribution of cocaine.
Narcos: Mexico Season 3 Available on Netflix
The third season follows the fall of Escobar (the drug lord) and continues to follow the DEA as they try to suppress the rise of the Cali Cartel. The makers rebranded the show as Narcos: Mexico for two seasons, with the third season on the way. The show became a massive hit for Netflix.
In 2016, Narcos was aired on Univision, and now Pluto TV will be the first streamer to stream Narcos free of cost. Narcos is the first show by a paid streamer to also air on a free platform.
According to Deadline, Narcos will air on Pluto TV and Narco Novelas channels, in both English and Spanish. The show will start premiering every weekend at 10 pm ET, with catch up episodes the next day starting at 8 pm ET. The new season will premiere in February 2021.
