Good Morning Verônica Season 2 Updates: The Brazilian Netflix original Good Morning, Verônica is directed by José Henrique Fonseca and is based on ‘Bom Dia, Verônica’ novel written by Raphael Montes and Ilana Casoy ( under the name Andrea Killmore) .

Good Morning Verônica Overview:

The drama revolves around a police secretary working at the São Paulo homicide Police Station. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she starts investigating a suicide and a mysterious call from an agitated woman.

She starts investigating both the matters, endangering not only her but the life of her family with two children as well.

Keeping in mind the recent trend of the increasing number of foreign thriller dramas on Netflix let’s see if we can expect a sequel of Good Morning, Verônica.

Good Morning Verônica Season 2: Release Date

The eight, forty-five-minute episodes of Good Morning, Verônica season 1 did an appreciable job of covering the entire content of the Raphael Montes novel the series is based on.

Therefore, if there is a follow-up edition, the continuation of the previous storyline will not be possible and another story will be needed.

Raphael Montes’ various award-winning novels can be undoubtedly made into web series but season 2 will definitely depend on how Good Morning, Veronica season 1 has appealed to its fans. If everything goes well we can expect a sequel sometime in 2021.

Good Morning Verônica Season 2: Expected Cast

In the previous season, we saw the Brazilian actress Taina’ Müller take up the protagonist Verônica Torres’ role as a clerk working in Sau Paulo Police Station who is haunted by the agonizing memories of her past.

She starts investigating two grave cases simultaneously in the Brazilian drama. Season 1 cast also consisted of Elica Volpatto as Anita, Camilla Morgado as Jenette, Eduardo Moscovis in the role of Claúdio Antiunes Vrandãdo. We can expect a comeback of Taina Müller as Verônica.
