The Mandalorian Season 2 Updates: Recently, a complete list of writing credits was posted for the second season of The Mandalorian. This has given us some insight into the structure of the 2nd season.
Jon Favreau has written six episodes out of the 8 episode that includes the premiere and the finale. The pattern of the upcoming season is expected to be similar to the 1st season.
Dave Filoni, the writer of Chapter-5 (The Gunslinger) of the last season, has made a comeback to write the fifth episode of this season as well. There is a possibility of the script featuring an appearance from Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka Tano, but there is no confirmation on it yet. We have not listened from the officials regarding this.
Rick Famuyiwa has also made a comeback for the 2nd season. Famvyiwa co-wrote the screenplay for Chapter-6 of the last season, and for this season, he happens to be appearing in a dual-role as he is mentioned as a director in the description of Season 2’s trailer.
