Mindhunter Season 3 Updates: Will we have a third season of the awaited Mindhunter series? The long wait for the third sequel of the psychological thriller ‘Mindhunter’ is still going on after the finale of season 2 released long back in August 2019. It’s no secret that the show performed greatly and the fans have been waiting patiently for its third season.
As per sources, sadly the news of the renewal of the third season is still on a halt as director David Fincher is busy with other projects: the new film Mank and the animated series Love, Death, and Robots.
We are well aware that the entire entertainment industry has come to a standstill due to this global COVID-19 health crisis and this has pushed back dates of shooting and releases of many projects including the season 3 of the beloved Netflix series of ‘Mindhunter’ have been delayed, making its fans impatient with the suspense that the previous season of the show created.

He also added that he is willing to work for season 3 of Mindhunter but with the condition worsening, he has no idea when the process will begin amidst this uncertainty that this pandemic has brought to the world.
Mindhunter Season 3 will bring back the original cast such of Jonathan Groff as Holden Ford, Holt McCallany as Bill Tench, and Anna Torv as Wendy Carr.
Other members of the series include Stacey Roca as Invoice’s spouse Nancy Tench, Joe Tuttle as Greg Smith, and Michael Cerveris as Ted Gunn.
