Mandalorian Season 2 Artwork: The legendary Darksaber in The Mandalorian’s hands.

Mandalorian Season 2 Updates: In an attempt to fulfill the season 2 wish, fan art has put the Darksaber in The Mandalorian hands and it is quite amazing! Wielded by Pre Viszla, a Mandalorian rebel in The Clone Wars, the legendary fabled weapon next went in the hands of Darth Maul after he killed Viszla.

The real shock and excitement rushed in when the Darksaber was mysteriously seen in the hands of Moff Gideon in the Season 1 finale. There is very little knowledge as to how the phenomenal weapon ended in his hands.

A hint was given to us by Giancarlo Esposito, the villain, that it was somehow connected to Gideon’s past. With the 2nd season releasing on Disney + later this month, the fans are eager to know more about the blade and if it is anyhow related to Ahsoka from The Clone Wars which is going to be played by Rosario Dawson in the upcoming season of The Mandalorian.

There is also some speculation in the air around about a big fight between the Titular Mandalorian Din Djarin, played by Pedro Pascal, and Gideon for the possession of the Blade in Season 2.

This speculation reached the next level when a digital artist fan of the show, Mizuri created a masterpiece of fan art by putting the Darksaber in The Mandalorian’s hands and we are shocked to see how the weapon feels at home in the art.

The epic art is made in muted black and dark grey tones providing an unbelievably awesome atmosphere. He also added the art of the Darksaber with intricate details and you will definitely find it difficult to get your eyes off it.

Though most of the fans will be happy to find the backstory of Gideon and the Darksaber’s past, we can’t say that we aren’t excited for a little drama the blade brings between Gideon and the Mandalorian. It goes well with the hint given to us by the trailer about a climactic confrontation between the Mando and Gideon.

Even though the success of the 1st season was due to the undivided attention on the character, Season 2 will definitely have more mysteries than just the blade.
