Many of the viewers of the movie speculated that this news will be following the recent move by studios Fox and Disney to release the film in theatres. However, it flags the end of an era. The New Mutants will be released by 20^th Century Fox on Digital HD and Blu-ray on Tuesday, November 17. The movie is an adaptation of the Marvel Comics and it is directed by Josh Boone. The director of the show has also assisted in writing the script of the show alongside Knate Lee.

The New Mutants have gone through enough misfortunes. The movie experienced an obstacle-filled production process and had to go through enough reshoots. Initially, the original date for the release of the movie was decided on April 13, 2018. However, it followed a series of reschedules and finally released on April 3, 2020.

However, it could not be released on this date as well because the date ended up falling in the middle of a pandemic. Hence, the misfortune of the film did not end here.

However, finally, the release date of the movie is out and it will release on November 17 this year. The movie will be available on Digital, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD formats.
