Captain America can return in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness before showing up in Avengers 5. According to our speculations, this time we will encounter an evil Captain who is a part of HYDRA. The time travel at the end of Avengers: Endgame created a lot of possibilities about the character’s return. The heroes turning into an evil character is not a new concept so one can easily imagine an evil Captain America in HYDRA.
