The Blacklist Season 8 Netflix Release Date, Cast, Plot & What we know so far

The Blacklist is the fan’s favorite ever since it hit the screens. The series created by Jon Bokenkamp. The series is of action, mystery, thriller, and crime genre. The first season was premiered on 23 November 2013 on NCB. All the previous seven seasons received positive reviews from the viewers.

The one thing that got praise particularly was James Spader’s performance. NCB renewed The Blacklist for an eighth season on 20 February 2020 which is set to premiere soon.

The story for the next season is very tricky to guess as to the plot of the season as the series is full of twists. We might also get more of Red’s history and his motive for coming into Kiz’s life. The mystery might expand due to the return of a key character Dembe, Red’s close friend. But the logic of the plot is going to be the same and the plot is going to be as thrilling as ever.

The Blacklist Season 8: Characters and Cast

NBC’s The Blacklist received a lot of appreciation for the performance of the cast members. The cast includes Mozhan Marno portraying Samar Navabi, Diego Klattenhoff portraying Donald Ressler, James Spader portraying Reymond Reddington (aka Red), and Megan Boone portraying Elizabeth Keen (aka Liz).

The other members of the cast are Harry Lennix as Harold Cooper, Amir Arison as Aram Mojtabai, and Hisham Tawfiq as Dembe Zuma. The crew members of the season are J. R Orci, Lukas Reiter, Laura Benson, John Davis.

Like the rest of the filming industry, The Blacklist was also affected by the coronavirus crisis. The shooting location being New York did not help either, as it is one of the most affected areas.
