The Lion King 2: We all know that the most famous lion king is one of the best-animated movies offered by Disney and is appreciated by the Fans. The musical drama film was produced by Walt Disney and produced by Walt Disney Pictures. The irrevocable film was directed by Roger Allers and Rob Minkoff.
Here is a piece of good news for the enthusiasts of The Lion King. The movie is ready to come up with a sequel.
THE LION KING 2 Possible PLOT
The movie is plotted around the character Simba, a young lion who succeeded in his father’s aura Mufasa. Mufasa is the king of the pride lands. But unfortunate events happened in the film later in which Mufasa got killed by Simba’s paternal uncle named Scar for the desire of the throne. They manipulated Simba to believe that he is responsible for his father’s death and deserts into exile.
The film began its development in 1988 during the period when Jeffery Katzenberg and Peter Schneider were elevating Oliver and company in Europe. The film was finally released on 15th July 1994.
THE RESPONSE FOR THE FIRST PART
The film got an optimistic response both from critics and fans. They appreciated the story, theme, animation, and music of the film. The film made a worldwide collection of $766 million and was marked as one of the highest-grossing releases of 1994 and second highest in all times.
THE REMAKE: THE LION KING 2
It is officially confirmed that Lion king 2 is currently in progress and as of the resemblance to the prior film, the sequel won’t carry much of the resemblance with the 1989’s theme.
The movie still hopes with a compelling and exceptional sequence.
Though the latest movie might not pull off the version Lion King: Simba’s Pride and the movie was influenced by the original one. The love story of the unestablished characters won’t be able to inscribe if Disney repeats a similar essence in the remake too.
