Walking Dead: World Beyond Updates: Recently, CCO of The Walking Dead Scott M. Gumple reveals that the upcoming franchise World Beyond is totally different. It will be apart from other The Walking Dead properties. Basically The Walking Dead: World Beyond is a spin-off of the original Walking Dead series.

Thus is adoption from the popular comic series of the same name by Robert Kirkman. As this television show approaches its final run with season eleven, creators are planning many spin-offs. They will continue the legacies of The Walking Dead.

World Beyond of Walking Dead is currently scheduled to premiere on AMC on 4 October 2020. According to the official disclosure, it will feature two seasons with ten episodes before final conclusion.

There are news and confirmations that the first season will be set in Nebraska. Ten years after the zombie apocalypse began. This will focus on four teenagers who are among the first generation to come of age during the apocalypse.

The Walking Dead: World Beyond is produced by Scott M. Gimple and Matthew Negrete. This show will star Annet Mahendru, Aliyah Royale, Nico Tortorella, and many other young actors. Some days ago Gumple revealed some insights into World Beyond in an interview with Decider.

He states ” World Beyond in and of itself is totally different from other shows. It has a younger point of view but there is an innocence about it. ………….. The people on fees, they discover apocalypse. These kids and people in the campus colony where they are. They went through some pretty heavy stuff at the beginning of the apocalypse. They have awareness of what walkers are and the extent of the danger .”

After this reveal, everyone is excited and expecting a brand new narrative. This will be interesting to watch how the team and production will manage to premiere the show in pandemic conditions.
