Keith Hufnagel, the Skateboarding legend Dead at 46 After Battling with Brain Cancer

Keith Hufnagel: The much-celebrated skateboarding legend, Keith Hufnagel is no more. Earlier this week, he succumbed to his death fighting with brain cancer, like a warrior. He was a legend of the skateboarding world and always a spirit of inspiration for the blooming skaters.

Hufnagel had been fighting with brain cancer for the past 2 and a half years. He became such a known and loved personality, just at the age of 46 years. A great achievement one can actually receive before closing their eyes eternally!

He was born in 1974 in New York City. Apart from being a brilliant skater, he was also the founder of, one of the very famous skate shops, HUF.

In the demise of the late icon, the brand said that he was fond of Skateboarding and it’s culture.  They further said that Keith often said things he wanted to as well as achieved them for the very correct purposes.  He was a true inspiration worldwide.

Apart from all these HUF said that he loved and supported the people around him and his fans. He would go his way out to do anything for friends, family, and children.

USA skateboarding was also very poignant to hear about the death of such a renowned personality. They had to say that ” “We are devastated to hear that Keith Hufnagel has passed away. His impact on skateboarding, both on his board and off it as a designer, brand owner/founder, and a friend will live forever. Rest in peace, Keith.”

This shows us how loved and celebrated figure, Keith Hufnagel was all over the globe. People loved him, supported him dearly, and looked up to him as a true inspiration one can ever have. Though he left us all, leaving behind his fame and compassion, the world still echoes with his great achievements and ideals.

He has left behind his wife, Mariellen, and his children. May God give immense strength and power to his family to overcome the grief.

This man shall always have a place in our hearts.  No matter where Keith Hufnagel is, he shall be loved and remembered always. Long live his name! Rest in peace, the soul!
